His career in the built environment has been shaped by the realities of delivering complex projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, solving problems under pressure and turning plans into tangible outcomes. Today, his focus extends beyond traditional construction into the rapidly evolving intersection of leadership, artificial intelligence, digital construction and the future of work.

Beyond construction, Peter is an entrepreneur and founder of creative ventures spanning music, publishing and community development. As a published author, he transforms lived experience into writing about resilience, identity, discipline, adversity and the choices that ultimately shape our lives.

Inspired by his father's commitment to community service, Peter also continues that legacy through Frontiers Youth-Serving-Youth, supporting the development of young people through opportunity, education, mentorship and empowerment.
